Wednesday 4 p.m.- 7 p.m.
Thursday 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m - 1 p.m.
Closed Sunday, Monday and all statutory holidays.

Cancellation/Late Policy
- You will be charged in full for appointments cancelled
or changed without
48 hours notice. - No shows will be charged the full rate. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you are ill and cancel without 48 hours notice, there is no charge.
- Please note even with 48 hours notice LuLu is often not able to fill the space,
so please carefully consider the appointments you book. - Clients who reschedule or cancel a MAXIMUM OF THREE appointments
will not be rebooked. - Please do not book tentative appointments.
- Please rebook if you are ill. If you are sick and come for an appointment
LuLu WILL send you home. - Do not bring children to your appointment. Because their safety is of utmost importance, children are not permitted at LuLu's. Hot wax pots and children do NOT mix well.
